In July 1967, the Dialectics of Liberation conferences was held featuring artists, existential psychotherapists, activists, and others who explored social and political factors impacting lives at that period. I believe that in light of recent conflicts in the world, economic collapses, strife between and within nations, and the numbing of our society, it is crucial that 44 years later, we may wish to reconsider a second of these conferences. I am presently in discussions with a number of individuals who have expressed interest in this concept and hope that we can organize something empowering.
